Miki Ando, one of the jury, said that each jury vote for their choice but they didn't know who the others jury choose and only figure it out about the winner when it announced.

And Yuzuru gesture with his hand is to show respect to the others nominees.

Congratulations on sitting through the whole thing. I lasted for about 2 minutes when it was live in the middle of the night. And it was obviously going to be so boring that I decided to watch it later when I could scroll through. Glad I'm not the only one who found the whole thing a bit of a bad joke.

Watching Fran watch these “awards” is how the world thinks of these “awards”. Boring Boring Boring. So awkward too long ... everybody feels like Fran an hour and twenty minutes into this. Need a toilet break PERMANENTLY ... This is too sad.

Fran, thanks for doing this live reaction. I know it wasn't the easiest to do and so I appreciate it. Even though it was somewhat long I enjoyed seeing some of the skaters, choreographers, and coaches, because it been so long since we have seen any of them. I remember last year at this time we were getting the first glimpses of new programs for the upcoming season. I just hope we have a season come this fall, it will be a real bumper if we don't. Also, I just wanted to say I thoroughly enjoyed the montage of Yuzuru Hanyu's fans and his skating at the end of the show. I thought it was put together really well and was a highlight of the whole show, and Yuzu definitely deserves to win the most valuable award without question.

Eteri was the only winner who didn't show up. Wonder what she was so busy doing? Yuzu took his award seriously, I think he practiced his English for his speech. I think Tanith and Charlie tried hard and I give them credit for holding it together for 2 hours but the whole thing could have been done in a hour or less. Thanks for doing the live commentary!

Seeing ISU award Eteri for her terrible coaching practices just prioritizes results and winning over athletes physical and mental health. It’s sad that they are rewarding a coach who’s athletes either retire or leave her by the time they’re like 18.

I heard someone saying Aliona has started to loose her SS, that's so worrying... The comments in the chat were SO funny, especially the ones about the musical guest and the death of the ISU in case Nathan won!
